In the second quarter of 2025, Kenya's Android app market saw notable performances from several top business applications. According to Sensor Tower, here’s a closer look at the weekly trends for these apps.

LinkedIn: Jobs & Business News exhibited a consistent increase in revenue, peaking at approximately $5.1K by the end of June. Downloads showed fluctuations, starting strong with 14.8K in early April and decreasing to around 7.2K by the end of the quarter. The app maintained a robust user base, with active users ranging from 1.6M to 1.8M.

Rapid Kopa experienced a sharp decline in downloads, starting from 24K in early April and dropping to just over 270 by the end of June. No revenue data was available for this period.

Microsoft Teams saw stable download numbers, with a notable increase to 16.2K in mid-June. Active users fluctuated, peaking at 466K in mid-May before settling at around 382K by the end of the quarter.

Zoom Workplace maintained steady revenue, reaching up to $376 in late April. Downloads varied, with a high of 12K in early April and a resurgence to 12K at the quarter's close. Active users peaked at 684K in mid-May.

KRA M-Service saw a remarkable increase in downloads, growing from 1.5K in early April to 47.5K by late June. Active users mirrored this growth, rising significantly to 66.4K by the end of June.
